Portalsys Ltd provides software development, automation, and consultancy services for accounting and finance businesses. All services are subject to written agreement between Portalsys Ltd and the client.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems required for project delivery. Delays caused by client-side issues may affect project timelines.

Communication with clients may take place via email or WhatsApp Business. By engaging our services, clients consent to receiving service-related communications through these channels.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in custom software developed for clients shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Portalsys Ltd retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during projects.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

Portalsys Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
